- If the product is already out for delivery, you may reject it at the doorstep where applicable.
- Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable products such as flowers and eatables.
- For perishable products, refund or replacement may be considered if the delivered quality is proven unsatisfactory.
- For damaged or defective items, report the issue within 2 days of receipt for seller-side verification.
- If a product is not as shown on the platform or not as expected, notify customer support within 2 days of delivery.
- Complaints for items covered by manufacturer warranty should be raised directly with the manufacturer.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 days.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
Refund, return, or exchange requests are available within 2 days from the date of purchase. After 2 days, requests are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Sale items may be excluded from return or exchange eligibility.

- Orders are generally shipped within 7 days from order confirmation and/or successful payment.
- Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal authority norms.
- The Platform Owner is not liable for delays caused by courier or postal services.
- All deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Service delivery confirmations and shipment updates may be sent to your registered email ID.
- Any shipping charges levied by seller or Platform Owner are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
